A calming sky bar with excellent views of Phnom Penh in the evening. Great cocktails, we had two house signatures plus the whisky bitter, all of which satisfied. There was an uncomplicated listening Filipino band enjoying, as well as the band was accepting of song requests. Great for an evening to wind down, with neat breeze.An open up-fronted bar
